New Classes starting Monday 10th September 2018

 

 

Pilates : Mondays @ 7:45pm- 8:45pm (1 hour). Pilates combines a sequence of movements that help develop the body’s mobility and stability. It improves the body’s core strength, balance and overall performance in many other sporting disciplines, as well as reducing the likelihood of injuries.

 

Pump it up:  Tuesdays @ 7:30pm-8:30pm (45 minutes) This 45 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using Barbells and Body weight exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. Sculpt your body, improve strength and power whilst fat burning at the same time. Get your Pump on and feel the burn!!

 

Fit for Life:  Wednesdays @ 9:30am-10:30am ( 1 hour) A class more suited for the mature clientele who's aim is to slow down the ageing process and associated risks of being inactive. Suitable for both male and female to keep you active and on the go.

 

Cardio Tone: Wednesdays @ 7:15pm-8pm (45 minutes)  A mixture of cardio and bodyweight exercises to achieve a body fat burn, overall tone and better well-being. This class features exercises and equipment of a wide variety to provide its benefits.

 

Stretch Yoga for Improved Flexibility: Thursdays @7:15pm-8:15pm (1 hour) A classical Hatha class using sun salutation to open the class and breath and movement sequence to create improve flexibility.

 

Box Fit: Fridays @ 6pm-6:45pm (45 minutes) Box Fit is a cardiovascular workout carried out with the objective of improving fitness and an overall body tone through boxing training based on skipping, boxing drills, footwork, abdominal workouts. This safe, fun and effective Box Fit class offers a great range of workouts in one class to suit any level of ability in the art of boxing.

 

Core Conditioning: Fridays @ 7pm- 7:30pm (30 minutes) This class targets a person’s core, strengthening the abdominal and back muscles. A mixture of fun and challenging exercises that will help improve posture. Training your core can lead to reduced lower back pain. The class is suitable for all abilities as there is always a alternate exercise.
