My name is Laura and I am a fully qualified personal trainer with a passion for health and fitness here at HCLF.  My enthusiasm and knowledge comes from working here for the last 9 years and from my own training, which I carry through to help my clients.

My mission is to help you achieve your own goals whilst having fun.  I use different styles of training to keep you motivated and focused.

My fitness background started after i had my first baby and wanted to get my body back.  Since then I have ran three marathons, gaubed a better body through weight training and I love a good HiiT session.

So whether you have a sporting challenge or just to make a better you, then I'm happy to help and see that smile when we achieve your goals.
